High-performance hockey development focused on building skills, confidence, and habits that carry into game situations.
Raad Performance is a structured hockey development program designed to help athletes build confidence and improve their game.
Our training environment is organized, high-tempo, and focused on helping skills carry into real game situations. Each session emphasizes skill development, decision-making, and habits that support performance in competition.
We focus on developing well-rounded players by building skills, awareness, and consistency that support long-term growth in the game.
Jaden Raad is a current U SPORTS hockey player at Toronto Metropolitan University, with over 15 years of competitive hockey experience. He has competed at the junior level in both the OJHL and NOJHL, and has participated in two national championship tournaments at the university level.
Throughout his career, Jaden has played within some of the most competitive minor hockey organizations in Ontario, including the Burlington Eagles, Don Mills Flyers, Vaughan Kings, Toronto Red Wings, and the Toronto Young Nationals. These experiences have built strong connections across the GTHL and surrounding hockey communities.
He has trained within elite coaching environments, attended NHL Coaches' Clinics, and has had the opportunity to learn from some of the top coaches in the game.
With a deep understanding of high-performance hockey, Jaden focuses on helping athletes develop the habits, pace, and mindset required to succeed at the next level.
Raad Performance operates with a strong emphasis on small group training and individualized attention.
All camps and sessions are delivered with an approximate 8:1 player-to-coach ratio, ensuring each athlete receives consistent feedback and high-quality repetitions.
Assistant coaches are carefully selected and bring experience at the junior and major junior levels, including the OHL, QMJHL, and WHL. This ensures athletes are exposed to a wide range of high-level playing and coaching perspectives.
In addition, guest coaches with professional and NHL experience are integrated into select sessions throughout the year. Families will be notified of any guest coach appearances via email following registration.
Athletes develop best when training under pressure and competitive conditions. We simulate game-intensity situations to build confidence and decision-making skills that transfer directly to real games.
True development is measured by in-game performance. We focus on building habits and skills that translate to competition, with an emphasis on skating mechanics, decision-making, and situational awareness under pressure.
Individual development is important, but building the right habits is what separates good players from great ones. We focus on the daily habits that lead to long-term success.
"The goal isn't just to have fun on the ice. It's to develop your game in a structured environment where every drill has a purpose. Players who build the right habits are the ones who perform when it matters most."
— Jaden Raad
