Registration & Payment Policy

How to Register

All registrations must be completed online through our registration form.

Full Camp Registration (4-Day)

  • $100 non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours of registration to secure your spot
  • Remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of camp
  • Failure to complete payment within 24 hours may result in the spot being released

Single-Day Registration

  • Must be paid in full within 24 hours of registration to secure your spot
  • Failure to complete payment within 24 hours may result in the spot being released

Required Forms Policy

Waiver & Participation Forms

All participants must have completed and signed waiver and participation forms prior to attending any Raad Performance session or camp. For athletes under the age of 18, forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Participants will not be permitted to take part in on-ice or off-ice activities until all required documentation has been received and approved.

Form Submission Timeline

Forms will be provided upon registration and must be completed in advance of the participant's first session.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeline

Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session or camp start. Cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before are subject to the non-refund policy below.

Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Some circumstances may be eligible for refund consideration at the discretion of Raad Performance
  • Deposits for full camp registrations are non-refundable
  • Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits

For refund consideration requests, please contact us directly at raadperformance@gmail.com. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Waitlist Policy

How the Waitlist Works

  • Once a program reaches capacity (maximum 20 athletes), registration will close
  • Additional players will be placed on a waitlist in order of registration
  • If a spot becomes available, waitlisted players will be contacted in order
  • Waitlisted players are not guaranteed a spot

If you are placed on a waitlist, we will contact you via email and phone within 24 hours to confirm your status.

Program Cancellation Policy

Business Protection Clause: Raad Performance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or camps if minimum participation levels are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, participants will be notified and offered a credit or refund where applicable. We will work with you to find an alternative session or program that meets your needs.

Late Pickup Policy

Pickup Requirements

Participants must be picked up within the designated pickup window. This is essential for program operations and coaching staff scheduling.

  • Repeated late pickups may result in additional charges or removal from the program
